Fitness goal mapping takes you through all aspects of setting clear fitness goals and what it will take to achieve them. This includes how to deal with setbacks, self-motivation, support and what’s at stake. Most importantly, it puts you in the driver’s seat
while providing tools for success and long term sustainability.

My Approach to Fitness

My approach to fitness involves several techniques and styles that challenge you both physically and mentally.  These include strength and conditioning, HIIT, calisthenics, balance, and core. When combined, these functional exercises provide an overall fitness experience that’s transformative and maintainable. Most importantly, we help you develop a health-conscious mindset, which is the key to achieving total wellness from the inside out.

Why Training

Balance

Balance training is often neglected when putting together a fitness regime.  We include balance understanding it is one of the most important especially as you progress through life and in terms of long-term health. Some of the benefits include coordination, injury recovery, improved posture, agility, and strength.

HIIT

All High-intensity interval training incorporates resistance and cardio
and is effective for building muscle, burning fat, and building cardiovascular endurance.

Strength.

Strength training helps manage weight, while increasing your metabolism to help you burn more calories. More importantly, it contributes to your overall health, wellness and longevity by improving balance, coordination, posture and physical functioning.

Core 

Core exercises improve your balance and stability. Furthermore, we utilize our core in everyday activities, and motions such as bending, sitting, or standing still recruit core muscles.  While most are seeking 6-pack abs, we prefer to develop a strong core that supports spine and back functions ultimately helping prevent long-term chronic injury.

Calisthenics

Calisthenics is resistance training utilizing your body weight as a means to maximize human power and athletic ability. Its benefits include improved strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and aerobic conditioning.
